At Sports Marine, our number one priority is to ensure our customers are happy with their new boat. We want you to feel confident while on the water so you can get the most out of your investment and not have to worry about what could go wrong or costly repairs in the future which is why we have developed a comprehensive pre-delivery audit for each and every boat before it is delivered, covering up to 920 individual checks, you can be assured your boat is ready to hit the water.

To help make your time on the water even more enjoyable, we also offer industry-leading extended warranty programs for new and pre-loved boats to protect your vessel for years to come.

Sea Ray Boats Warranty

Sea Ray SURPA5S+ applies to all 2015 Model Year and newer Sea Ray Sport Boats (excluding SLX 400 and SLX 400 Outboard) and provides five years of bow-to-stern factory warranty on the boat and its components++ from defects in materials and workmanship. In addition to the five-year bow-to-stern coverage, Sea Ray Sport Boats (excluding SLX 400 and SLX 400 Outboard) also have a Limited Lifetime Structural Hull / Deck Warranty to the Original Owner+.

Sea Ray SENTIN3L* applies to all 2015 Model Year and newer Sea Ray Sundancer, SLX 400, and SLX 400 Outboard models and features a three-year, bow-to-stern factory warranty on the boat and its components** from defects in materials and workmanship. Finally, beyond the three-year bow-to-stern coverage, the Sundancer, SLX 400, and SLX 400 Outboard models have a 10-year Limited Structural Hull/Deck Warranty* to the Original Owner.

Princess Yachts Warranty

Princess Yachts offer all new Princess Yachts sold for recreational use a limited structural warranty for sixty months from the date of handover. Princess Yachts offer a limited warranty for all other defects for twelve months from the date of handover.

Saxdor Yachts Warranty

Saxdor Yachts OY offers all new Saxdor Yachts sold for recreational use with a limited bow-to-stern warranty for 24 months from the date of delivery, or 300 running hours, whichever comes first. In addition, Saxdor Yachts OY offers a five-year hull and deck structural warranty on all new Saxdor Yachts.

Chris Craft Warranty

All new Chris Craft boats sold for recreational use are offered for sale with a two-year bow-to-stern limited warranty, a three-year limited warranty on all upholstery and a five-year structural hull and deck limited warranty.

Rae Line Warranty

Rae Line offers all boats sold for recreational use to the original owner a limited lifetime structural hull & deck warranty. Rae Line offers a two-year express limited bow-to-stern warranty on the boat and its components, excluding the engine and trailer from defects in materials or workmanship.

Williams Jet Tender Warranty

Williams warrants the original private purchaser of a properly registered craft that has been maintained and serviced according to Williams recommended schedules that the Hypalon tubes shall be free from defects in the material and workmanship for a period of two years from the original registration, the fabric of the tube shall be free from deterioration for a period of three years, the fibreglass hull shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for three years and all deck and helm components which are spray finished should be free from blistering for a period of one year. All components fitted to the boat at the Williams factory shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of three years.

Cox Diesel Outboard Warranty

Cox offers a factory warranty of five years or 1,500 hours (whichever comes first) from the date of commissioning of the new engine installation for recreational users. Cox offers a factory warranty of twelve months or 1,000 hours (whichever comes first) or an enhanced factory warranty of eighteen months or 1,500 hours (whichever comes first) at additional cost, from the date of commissioning of the new engine installation for commercial users.

Sports Marine Pre-Owned Warranty

Unless specifically excluded by the purchaser, all pre-owned boats sold by Sports Marine are sold with a three-month warranty on the boat and its components, including engine(s) and trailer. An extended warranty from three months to either six or twelve months can be purchased prior to delivery of the pre-owned vessel to the purchaser.

The warranty policy for all new boats sold by Sports Marine excludes the engine & trailer warranty, which is handled separately. All new MerCruiser engines come with a two-year parts and labour warranty and a three-year corrosion warranty. All new Mercury outboards come with a 3+3 parts and labour warranty, which is a 3-year standard warranty, plus a 3-year warranty extension if the recommended service schedule is followed. All new Volvo Penta engines come with a 24-month parts and labour warranty, extended Volvo Penta warranties can be purchased up to 90 days following the warranty registration. All new MAN engines come with a 24-month parts and labour warranty, extended warranties can be purchased at the time of sale. All new trailers come with a 12-month warranty.

Where Sports Marine is the importer of the boat, engine, and trailer package, Sports Marine is responsible for processing and handling all warranty claims. All warranty or potential warranty issues must be referred to Sports Marine in the first instance. All warranty repairs must be complete or pre-authorised by Sports Marine Limited.
